burning somthing??

Ok so i think i kinda have an idea of what it is but i need some more input befor i start taking things apart. i recently changed the oil on my s13 and i ran it pretty hard today on the way back from downtown, its been about a week since the change and when i finally got the the street cruising i noticed i was burning oil when i reved it a bit o gave too much throttle in first...

i think its either a valve stems or piston rings, anyother ideas on the oil burn???? and its a massive cloud of smoke no where near subtle.

and how urgent is this problem??

here is what you do.
keep driving and when you blow it up, you swap another ka and call it a day.
