broken stud issue

my boy hookin me up with 5 lug hubs for the rear so fuck it im goin 5 lug lol. and im pretty shure its the quality of the studs. garbage failzone. and c jackson. WTF is anitsize gonna do?

I have 16/16 autozone studs in my car, with slip on spacers and no hub centric rings. Ive never broken a stud, ever in 45 cars.

Your doing something wrong.

make it easier to not the stud out when u break it. how many thread are sticking out of the wheel?

not that many but enough. and i am doing it right. theres no wrong way to do it other than being a complete retard. and the studs are nappa my b

Probably bent wheels, tq is off on the lugs nuts, none centric lug nuts, or your putting wrong studs on car.

torque wheel studs ha my car has never had the the lugs torqued never broke any impact on and off atleast once a week, and also slammed a curb or too and been hit in the wheel. iv had a couple strip or pull a thread or two mostly due to shitty lugnuts. UR DOIN IT WRONG!!

well whenever i loook at the broken stud in the hub, it breaks right when the threading starts. and how can i do it wrong theres no wrong way. im just 5 lug for now, if it keeps happening ill get some oem studs. thanks for imputs

something is being done wrong. I use cheap as tuner lugs from Advance Auto and never had an issue. I simply hand tighten them and then tighten them as hard as I can. **not stupid roids tight**

OEM studs and auto parts store studs are the same damn shit, your doing something wrong. Your either not pulling the knurl all the way in, or your doing something wrong with the wheels/lugnuts

uhh no doood there not OEM the ones from autozone are OE. there not nissan. and its not the lug nuts its the stud. idc im 5 lug now with good studs see how it works out

a jackass my boy bought his 240 from put lugnuts on backwards so the wheel moved on the studs no matter how tight they were

If they're not seating correctly, that could be the problem. Maybe your hub is messed up. Just get a replacement hub from the junkyard so you could at least rule out 2 potential problems at once for very little money.
