I've never understood that whole "can't hang" bs.
Different peoples bodies react differently to alcohol.
You also have to factor in how much the person weighs and how much alcohol they consumed.
I guess I can't "hang" either since my sugar levels go sky high with only 1 drink.

-When someone tries to stand with someone drink for drink and falls out
-When someone thinks "oh fuck hes 4 drinks up I better catch up" and falls out
-When someone is trying to play billy badass with alcohol consumption and is being laughed at for not drinking properly
That means they cant hang. You know your limits, as well as I know mine. If we go over that limit then prices will be paid. People should know when to call it quits, when they dont.....they cant hang with who they were trying to keep up with. In turn they get laughed at for making a fool out of themselves most of the time, its part of the game.
