20/50 for me or if I cant find that Ill get 10/40. valvoline race is good for track days, I like penzoil or mobil for regular driving.
If i was to use 10/30 that shit would dissapear within a day. Thats way too thin in my opinion for our weather and milleage on most of our engines.
Right now Im trying some straight 30 but its a little heavier then I thought it would be when cold. Ive used 10/40 but still doesn't last that long. oh for ppl that dont know ca only hold 3qts +filter. Soo the oil gets hotter requiring a thicker oil. which is why I use 20/50.
For the guys with 5qt oil pans or nice oil coolers, you can run 10/30.
