BAD RB20 from RICKY'S IN MIAMI

i finished my rb20 engine swap an now i know why it wont start!!!!!


THE ENGINE THAT WAS SOLD TO ME BY (RICKYS AUTO SALE) IN MIAMI CALLED (RACEUP) ON EBAY WAS Ceased, blown head gasket, broken off spark plugs an only 2 spark plugs in it that weret even the right ones an they were cross threded in!!!!! i didnt know that when i got it cuz i didnt take it apart when it was recived because i figured it was all ready to go.

me an clubredsilvia called him an told his, sent him a email with pics an he basicly said SKREW YOU!!

he told me all of his engines are Thoroughly Inspected...haha lie, I WAISTED A GRAND ON A FU*KED UP BLOWN UP ENGINE!! no to mention the time, effort, blood, sweat and a ton of headaches.



what a massive Disappointment.... no way of affording any more engines or anything at all to fix it i guess im done with all this sh*t, i want to kill this fu*king theft.
 
That place has been screwing people for years. Face to face he tends to back down. I went when a buddy was sold a bad transmission.

I'd show up and raise hell. If that doesn't work, make legal threats. Bring his ass to small claims court - you don't need a lawyer or anything like that.
 
i know i should have went through JDM of Miami my mistake, im not letting it go i might do what tonymac said about court

sucks to hear that man, i have been to his shop before and hes a shaddy F#@$. he was trying to sell an s14 to my friend for 13k like 3 years back. and it wasent even worth 5k. good luck man.
 
yea that dudes been way over priced$$$$$ even waay back like 10 yrs ago i remember i cant believe he's still around.

bought a honda motor from him back in the day .

go to moe's.
 
Report his ass to the Better Business Bureaus, they should set him straight... or close his damn shop...
 
or if that dont work, i would you the brick method, lol. i know it it feels to get ripped off man, and it pisses me off soo bad that it makes me wanna do some crazy shit.
 
yup thanks guys im tryin a couple of things, credit card company said it to lait but i got some other stuff im gonna try, thanks for the advice. im gonna give JDM of Miami a call

i agree, take him to small claims.. when he hears u doing that he might take a shit and give u something in returns.. ur not the only one.
 
I bought a JDM 16 Valve 4AG in 2004 for my 1st AE86.
I had problems with the motor and he gave me shit about it but I was like "homie... im not fucking around with u..."
Eventually he gave in and returned my money but charged me a 10 percent re-stocking fee.
I told him to shove it in his chinese-jamaican ass.
