AT&T Named Worst Cell-Phone Service Provider

I don't see how it's ATT's fault that Apple made a bad phone. The only thing they can use is that ATT is the most expensive.

It's not just with the iPhone the other 3 lines are having problems too. My mom has even received a letter apologizing for the crappy service

good review! either way i think it mostly has to do with prefrence and/or how pick an individual really is...i have had t-mobile for 6 years and besides some of the phone i have enjoyed their service and have helped me as well when i couldnt make a payment and such.
 
I haven't had any issue's with my service i bet the ppl complaining are in a mountain in the the middle of no where were they fuck donkey's and shit
 
Never had a problem with AT&T, until I tried out their android phone... So they gave a bunch of shit together with the 4 when I went to return the phone.

Awesome.
 
ive had att (cingular) since high school, about 9 yrs ago and im completely satified. im on a family deal and i pay 50 bucks a month with the data plan ad ie never had a problem with my iphone either...i dunno

I'm glad some of u guys here r happy with ur service, but the article was done with "The results based on the opinions of more than 58-thousand Consumer Reports"

non ATT users are not saying ur iPhone is greater or inferior. the article just states that in consumer reports ATT is in the butt of the list... get over it.

I had ATT back in 97 and it sucked ass, then in 98 I went to bell mobile which was bell sout who later merged with ATT and became cingular. in 99 I went to Primco who later became Verizon which also sucked then, so I found Voice stream and I signed. Voicestream then became T-mobile and I was with them from 99-2010, I left cause I got tired of the poor 3G service and the poor customer service in the later years. now I'm with Verizon and I love it... in 97 ATT sucked and in 2010 it looks like they still do. true story.
