anyone know about motorcycle itbs (please read)

ok so today i was working on my insane 600cc golf cart and started it for the first time and it caught on fire (due to fire comming from the carbs) not worried about that though. in between the carbs ther is a vaccum "T" and a fuel "T"???????? what is the official "T" name. heres a diagram lol... O=carb T= the "T" thing

and do motorcycles use fuel pumps???

the vaccum Ts is for sinking the carbs and some carbs bike did use a fuel pump and most of them are gravity fed
