aluminum welding needed.

sup guys i got these racks at work that are coming appart. they are poorly built.
i have 2 of them , they need to be welded instead of the rivets. also it has very sharp corners and edges that need to be grinded down a little. also they need new wheels.

also.,lol i need a third one made. a (clone or better )

please only serious replies.
