yes,they are.i think the headrest is still adjustable tho.i checked miata n mr2.but they seem more angled than those.

And this is the best upgrade for a hardbody, I had them in mine. Deff holds awesome while sliding.

hmm..well thank you! i was thinking about putting them in my car regardless of there uglyness.the color matches.n they are sturdy..BUT the rails are too wide apart.ohh well..
