ok well i dont know how new it really is but i just came across it recently! Its really good and its called Live for Speed. Its a computer game for PC only (unless you have a mac that can run windows on it) and although it doesnt have an real cars in the game they resemble real ones or are a mix of two cars. But the game has pretty good physics! Another fun thing about the game is it has a track editor so you can go to a giant parking lot and make yer own track with barriers, post, cones, chalk lines and so on! Along with that you also can change the skin on yer car to look pretty much however you want! Another neat feature is that the whole time you drive yer tire tracks stay on the track. you can do donuts for 6 hours straight and it'll look like you have actually been doing donuts for 6 hours unlike in forza where you only have so much tire tack before it disappears. The damage system is kinda wonky on the game but you can pop yer tires which is really cool.
you can dl a demo wich gives you 1 front wheel drive car, one rear wheel drive car (that looks alot like an fc almost to a T) and a formula car. the demo is really limited to only one track and those cars which are kinda crappy to be honest but still fun! You can DL it at www.LFS.net and if you like it enough you can buy the full version! THEY DO HAVE TORRENTS but you cant go online and race with them and who would want a torrent version for free anyway ... >.>U
Anyway here are some screen shots i took of my custom skin car. Every thing on the car i did custom. even the interior and sounds!!! (i have a wicked flutter on my BOV) Its the Turbo version of the fc looking car that i made into a sil80 looking car as best i could! XDD
