5 lug question..

i cant frecking get a strait answer on this sooo one of you people are going to give it to me. any of you guys that have done the 5 lug swap on a s13 cause thats what i have, do you need the front bearings from a s14 or from the s13? i know that the rears are the same but im not sure about the fronts. i do have the whole spindle too. though i seem to figured out that i just need the hubs and but the bearing part i cant figure out... ok enough rambling thanks in advanced
 
ah ok. i found something like that, that said i needed to swap the spindle but i thought that i just needed to do the hub. shit so now i need to frecking buy those stupid ass spacers too. this car build is starting to drive me nuts :chair:
 
you do not need a spacer many people use the stock s13 bolts and call it a day. thats what i did. the only thing that you should really do is change the ball joints to s14 one ( this is only if you have a s13.
 
im in the process of it right now, you need

FRONT :
S14 knuckles
S14 FLCA's
S14 hubs wth bearings

REAR:
S14 hubs with bearings

You need all of that for the front because the part that goes into the s13 spindle on the hub is like a millimeter off and it will cause a lot of movement when driving. And the rears bolt right up to the S14 knuckles.

You mean Front s14 spindles. The knuckles are in the rear, spindles in the front. And you don't need s14 FLCA's, you can just swap ball joints.

Are you talking about the spacers for the lower strut bolts? You can also just use s14 bolts and drill out your struts. That's what I did and it worked like a charm. :bigthumbu
 
k yea so for the front all you need is conversion hubs. done. noretarded waste of time/money

for the rear any nissan 5 lug hubs will do the trick. i have j30;s in mine.
 
ah i already bought the front spindles, rear knuckles and the hubs and all that from a s14 i just need to get the ball joints and i should be good, plus those damn spacers
