240sx headlight problem. help plz.

k so i got into a accident and i replaced the headlight/motor/radiator support. well thing is everything is back to normal but headlight doesnt want to really work with me. when i plug it in it seems to like just spas back up and down just a little bit. i couldnt find any other information on this problem before. well heres a video of what is happening. lmk if ya have a idea thanks. the motor is not the problem that i know.

:'( the other one kinda does it. like it goes up fine but when it goes down it gets stuck a lil and cant go back up unless i like help it by pulling it a tiny bit. but im thinking all the bolts need to be really tight so it doesnt move. idk suggestion? :/
 
leo lake mod?? and ive used two headlight motors on there already. im guessing its just not aligned right or something. i was just wondering if neone els had this problem and if it was electrical or just my own problem.

yeah basically what you do is find the nearest lake, strap yourself really tight into your seat to the point where you can't move or undo the knot. Then, drive really really fast with your windows down into that lake you found. Done.

didnt your mother tell you if you dont have nothing nice to say then dont say it at all.
 
make sure the whole thing moves up and down with no restriction the little red thing next to the light assembly spins. spin that so the light closes and then spin it so it opens. if something is binding fix it. the motor isnt a 350hp 280torque machine. its a little electric pos that just lifts and lets down.

it should take alot of spinning
 
yeh it spins up and down easily manually thats what i have to do to put it up and down but i just rlly keep it up cuz im lazy. they r both grounded. i think its just not aligned right. ill fuck with it in the daytime.
