This year Formula Drift had its fair share of excitement, drama, and new experiences.
For the first time since 2006 Formula Drift returned to the good ol’ state of Texas.
We saw 3 drivers this year podium for the first time, while some veterans struggled to stay on top.
Vaugh Gittin Jr. was the headliner for the drama category this year, but it seems like all that faded away once the championship came down to Chris Forsberg and privateer Michael Essa.
This year was also a record setting year with Irwindale having it’s biggest crowd to date.
