Nice coverage, but slow your shutter speed down. If it wasn't for the smoke you would think the cars were parked. Shoot in Av so you can slow your shutter down. Have it at 1/100 or 1/120th max. Go lower to show more motion.
Also when resizing if its going to be horizontal make the longest 800 x whatever pshop picks if vertical make it whatever pshop picks x 700.

Like hayabusha said, slow down the shutter speed dude. And try to edit your pics a bit better, it seems like you're loosing quality after resizing.
