in my single cam when i hit the pop up button they just went up and down as for the headlight switch it could be the relay and if not might be your headlight switch i know i was having some what same problems in my 91

if its the hatch take out center tail light and its a 10mm bolt holding it in i believe from what remember

its your multifuction switch (turn signal, headlight switch) mine does it now..if you push in while you turn it back it works fine

start simple..like most are saying check relay...a lot easier to replace a relay then pump..

its bent a good deal but i balanced all four and put the bent one out back..rides like a dream..compared to before..thanks for your input so it was fine...still does it..could be road i'll drive it for a little while...could it be from lowering the front end.
