    That's a loaded question. Assuming your head/block is not warped and does not need to be planed and you have stock internals and are not running very high boost levels, stock thickness is appropriate which is 1.1mm. If you are smart you will buy this exact HG...

    The only thing it would be bad for is everyone on this planet's ears b/c it will sound like shit and annoy everyone. Please use a muffler. If you lose 1hp, its ok. Mandrel bending is when a type of insert is used in the pipe to limit wrinkling and maintain even ID during the bending process...

    Idk what you mean by hg size - thickness? As for s13 vs s14, look for the notch in the rear. Google has pics Here: http://www.advancedjapautoimports.com.au/s14_halk_cut.JPG That's an s14 engine - look at how it notches down on the firewall side.
