yeah when im runing it gives lots of fuel smell by the exhoust and all over the car

I already changed the fuel rail with injectors and regulator and it keeps on doing it. is like if it gets to much fuel and doesn't burns it all up i have new spark plugs and i canceld all the vacums. dont know what is it???

I did a ka24d to ka24de swap and the fuel pump is not geting power and it works cuz i put it directly to the ignition and it gives me gas but since the fuel pump is trowing pressure all the time i get to much gas and the engine dosen't works how it should. does anybody knows whats wrong with...
