The last Skid pad drift/gymkhana of the year dec 10th

hachi

Driver
These dates will be for skid pad events for the rest of the year.
Nov 11th gymkhana/drift: first 2 hours will be gymkhana only! So if you don't like it show up later.

Dec 10th gymkhana/drift
Price is 25$ per driver. 5$ ride along.
6pm-midnight.
NOTE: gymkhana drivers must be at drivers meeting, at approximately 6-6:30pm to go over track lay out. Also this will be a timed event fastest time will be rewarded with a free skid pad session. Gymkhana will run from 7-9pm

Please check your car before the event, a lot of cars are in poor shape. Drivers you need to get your s%#t in order. I still see weak batt tie downs, and missing lugs. We don't make money so I have no problems. Sending you home. I've been passive but it's starting to get annoying already. I don't wanna see any more bungie cords, belts, selftapper batt boxes, or tie strapped batteries unless your using those 3 foot duct straps which I won't be handing out anymore. Go to advance spend 15$ and get a tie down. Also full lap/shoulder seat belts are a must.

Also I wasn't at the last skid pad and wanted thank Rodd and Juan For holding it down for me. Juan unfortunately had to deal with some ignorant drivers :chair:which shouldn't happen.
Again if you have any further ?s text me @ 954-557-2430 Tim a.k.a. Hachi.

I swear I wasn't going to come out because of the gay ass fitment.
Never again Tim, NEVER AGAIN.

Um

wats the proper way to tie down your batter if its locked in the trunk?

What like pad locked to the floor? Or you put the batt in the trunk and locked the trunk so no one can steal it? Duct taped? One big self tapper through the batt into the chassis? I've seen a nice batt boxes secured to the car and I've seen zip tied to the strut tower brace. What do you consider locked down?
A secured batt for some reason seems to be one of the most miss understood tech items.

you have the battery in the stock location, how hard can it be? You can get it at ABC u pull it for literally $1.50

mines relocated to the hatch. The Box is bolted to the chassis pretty damn good and that battery or box isnt going anywhere, but the battery itself isnt tied down to anything, how can i do so in order to pass tech?

The dude who tech'd my car at the last skid pad said it was one of the better battery relocations hes seen

Yes I would consider that secured. Thanks for the visial ade locko. :bigthumbu
