you can get a public defender dude how much did you have cause more than 20 grams is a felony nething less ur straight plus u can go to the court and reschedule but they might take you in all you do is go to the court house and tell them you need to do so and if you have the paper work and they come at like 330 am like they did for me you just show them the paper work and talk to them tell them your situation and if there not scum they should let you be cool but if you can get another court date you ass better b there or there comin trust
 
yea i googled it im not down to drive lol as my license is now suspended

im looking around im going to DSC today to discusss with a teacher that works there

You might get lucky and get community service and probation with possibly serving a coupe days in jail because your a first offender even with just a public defender. But your still dumb for carrying that much especially having a little girl. Even if you get probation if your stupid enough to try and go to jail high which wouldn't help your case at all you will probably fuck up the drug test on probation and end up going to jail anyways.

Grow the fuck up.

Jail time is going to be inevitable because you missed your first mandatory court date they are going to hold you until your next mandatory court date.
 
iv got really good detox n havent smoked in like a couple days i kno id be fien for a piss test im just stressin like crazy cuz my mom fucked up by telling me wrong court date

GTFO you make it seem like he is going to prison its a weed charge and his first offense like I said even with a public defender you will probably only get probation and community service but if you fuck up your probation by failing a piss test you might go to jail for 364 days because the County Jails can't hold you for any longer.
 
I agree about the LOLs but the 364 is a little wicked. The probation is going to be a bit harder to do but will keep you from being locked away from your daughter. I just hope you learn your lesson from this because your daughter needs you and your out fucking around get your priorities straight dude.
 
Probation costs $$$ take the time dude... besides ur prolly gonna fuck up and smoke on probation and get the time anyways lol!
 
Agreed but the judge also may be a fucking d-bag and send him to State because technically it is a felony and he could do a year. I say man the fuck up spend the time with your daughter and quit smoke all together.
