your absolutly right, but at least somethings are illegal, i guess, im not off the opinion that just because the world is shot to shit, we should make it easier for it to get worse.
The world is not shot to shit because people smoke weed.

look drum, the point of the matter is, the reasons WHY marijuana are illegal you guys listed in this thread are absolutly right, because of money, big tobacco lobbys aganist it year after year because it will take out of theyre wallet plain and simple, i agree with you guys. Where we part ways is that i think the world is better off with it being illegal. plain and simple, not because im scared of pot or because ive never tried, because i have, but simply because this county has enough problems without it why add, look up the opium epidemic in the 20s and youll see what i mean.

If your point is weed should stay illegal, I agree partly, it should be used at home only.
I dont think anyone that high should be driving around....
People are bad enough drivers at it is, and i doubt any substance would

But that does not mean it cannot be regulated (like how you cant drink and drive). Why cant you be in the privacy of your own home and enjoy a doobie?

you scenario is flawed in that weed hasnt done harm to me or my family and likely never will.
and second your wrong, about the law that is, its the stand your ground law now, whether your in your car at work, on the street or in front of the god damn police station you do not have to retreat if you fear bodily harm.
But to be fair, i will play along, i would do what anyone would do shoot him of course.Then again it wouldnt really matter, because no jury would convict under those circumstances, plus it would be really easy to say i tried to stop him and he came at me and then i killed him. Because of the stand your ground law, having witnessed him kill two people seconds before, i have reasonable expectation to assume that if hes coming at me he intends to do bodily harm to me and under the law its a clean shoot, so yea, i would blow him away. :boring:

Stand your ground law is only in a few states.
In NJ you cannot shoot to kill unless they are inside your house.
And secondly make sure he is dead otherwise he might come back and sue your ass.
