Im gonna go easy on you for this one.......You forget that some people here might put their life on the line every time they put on a uniform. You think watching a video of a bad cop is fucked up, try working with them.

Shit happens in the line of duty, you are given a split second to react, and you hope you made the right choice. No matter the situation I am going home to take my uniform off every night.

Take something else into consideration. Try handling a stressful situation and knowing what your every move is probably being recorded by a cell phone. Law enforcement officers are not robots, we react to fear/excitement/ect just the same as every other human being that walks this earth.

I WISH I could look at someone that is getting robbed/beat up and ask them "wait I thought we were pigs and didnt do shit...lemme know when you want me to fill out that report of you getting your head stomped in"

i hope they sue the shit out of the cops and every other mother fucker... and that "2 year veteran" (which makes no fucking sense) gets thrown in jail for murder.... there was no reason what so ever to pull a gun out when a person is hand cufed and his face is on the fucking floor..

im not one to feel bad for other people and shit but i have to for this guy he looked like he was nice and he got fucked dirty.

you know i read some of the other stuff you guys said about cops being killed all the time and i make it a point to thank cops and fire fighters, military people etc, i know that they put there life on the line for me but in this case im sorry there just is no reason a gun was nessary to even have out. sure if it was a dark ally or something and there were people not hand cuffed and all that yea get ready to be rocked by a gun if you do something stupid... but being on your face on the floor.... come on

Your man BUSH has changed laws so all they have to do is say this guy was a terrorist and he is denied a trial. thats if he lives through his injuries.

3. (black) was not needed in the title. It might have played a factor or maybe it didn't
4. I've been held down by the head at gunpoint. it's very hard to not try to remove a knee on your head or neck. it's a natural reaction.

I saw the videos. It is pretty fucked up. The cop stood up drew and fired 2 shots. Of course there was the incident when he cop shot a guy in the elbow because he thought he pulled his Taser. 2 Shots like that could have been the same accident. The fucked up part is the other cop got off with no charges.

I understand that cops deal with crazy shit and all that but
that situation was longer thn a few seconds.
The 1st time i got arrested was for a bigass cop shoving me around , verbally abusing me and my lil brother
and me cursing out 3 of those mutherfuckrs before they tazed my ass.
My reaction to abuse from a cop and the rest just stood around watching
talking shit like I was scum.

The point is this...
The victim didnt even stand up!
He was on the floor for minutes 5+.... so how is that not enough time
for that fucking retard to decide if he was going to:
>move his hand towards his holster...
>remove his weapon...
>safety off
>point it at the guy !thats been on the floor *restrained* by other cops...!
>and then shoot....

I'll defend a good cop when its justifiable but this is bullshit...
that officer fucked up and theres no excuse for it.

It would have been way different if it happened during a struggle.
But this guy was on the floor the whole time and not even fighting against them.

And I do believe it had to do with race in this case specifically.
Hopefully im wrong.
