Jeremy I would have no problem giving you your 50 dollars if you actually was truthful the motor that i receive "was not rebuilt" 13 thousand miles ago and and by my definition i ment gaskets being changed and all... I asked you when i was there was all the gaskets changed aswell and you reply "yes" when i went to pick the motor up there was oil every where the oil pan gasket was done and so was the valve cover gasket...so I changed them while taking off the valve cover gasket, 3 screws where in stripped holes. then i decided to clean up the intake manifold since there was grim all over it to then discover the intake manifold gaskets were also old as fuck. So old in fact that on some parts i had to sand them off.. now one to the wire harness that had the clip that leads to the distributor gone with only the 4 wires hanging from it which i found pretty strange.
Anyways Its not that I don't have the 50 dollars to give you it is that i don't think its deserving considering the motor wasn't as described.
and for some odd reason the started doesn't work.. It worked once when i banged it with a mallet but then never again.
you can ask rob (DUDOCIUS)
i got the motor from him and it was a full motor rebuild..dont believe me?check the compression..its 130 across all cylinders which is 8.5 to 1 compression ratio and he said he has all the receipts from the motor build
and you do know gaskets once tightened down and go through expanding and contracting that they will need to be replaced once you take it off?
and we told you about the distributer plug being missing so dont act like you are surprised that the clip is broken
and can you send my 25 dollars back that i sent you for the collars seeing that the person on zilvia sent you a payment and rep points are more important on zilvia.net
Adam, I don't doubt you on it being a 8.5 compression motor. The reason why I am not giving Jeremy the 50 dollars is the gasket situation, and also stating that it was in great condition when it wasn't. Adam I don't remember you telling me about the distributor clip, but I wont doubt you.

Sorry but I needed to clean up the other topic where the argument began:

Instead of deleting the posts that weren't relevant to that topic, I decided to move them into this thread. But the posts are in chronological order, which is why the first post in this thread is from burninskulls091.
And btw, the motor was rebuilt. I witnessed and photographed the engine when it was taken apart for the rebuild.

thank you very much sirThat engine was rebuilt and all the parts amounted to around $1,600. I just can't believe with some decent knowledge of mechanics can't figure out that after you put
13k or 14k miles on an engine the gaskets will not look new. Also, the engine had a brand new time chain, brand new front and rear main seals and it was treated with oil changes every three months runing Castro Full Syntec 10/30 oil. I babied that engine and it also has ceramic coated pistons with compression of 8.5. If you notice the engine seems to cool down faster than a regular KA. If you are not happy with the purchase, please do not state false information, that is something that is between the seller and buyer. I guarantee that engine was rebuilt, I had pictures, but it's been three years since I rebuilt that engine, so I deleted them. I will try to find the receipt of the rebuilt and post it.
The only thing that the engine did have was because I was so low, there was a small dent on the oil pan.
Please refrain from any comments concerning myself or the engine not being rebuilt.
thank you very much sir
i did not doubt your word at all rob i just wanted this kid to know that it was in fact rebuilt
so me and jeremy can get our money
when i got the motor i was told that it had 13k on it
so at the most it has 14k
and do you expect the gasket to look fresh and new after being on a car for 14k miles?
they are paper gaskets when you take the part off most of the time the gasket breaks
if you say you are a man of your word then you need to give jeremy the $50 you owe him
and i still did not get my money back on paypal
also how do you expect the motor to have 8.5 to 1 compression ratio if it has not been rebuilt?
he claims that because a gasket broke when he took the intake manifold that the motor was never rebuilt..
i also paypaled him the money for subframe collars and he then said that he had to send my money back because someone on zilvia bought them and he needed the good rep points..
and still no refund..he claims that he never got the payment
I sold him a rebuilt KA that was previously DUDOCIUS.....i sold it to him for 700$ and he gave me 650 but said he would give tme the other 50$ later....its been 2 or 3 months now and still wont give it to me....he claims the motor was never rebuilt.....but he knows there is 8-5-1 pistons in it....i just DUDOCIUS threw on all the old gaskets too........this guy is not a man of his word!!
Adam did I buy the motor from you?
No
Anyways with Jeremy's situation I'm not giving him 50 dollars its not that i cant afford it or don't have it. the reason why is because as stated before it did not find the motor to be in a condition which Jeremy said. I replaced both the oilpan gasket and valve cover gasket. I'm sorry but I'm preety sure a motor with only 13 thousand miles shouldn't have a 3 mm layer of crud (oil and dirt) all over the oilpan, lower part of the bloc, most of the transmission and the rear portion of the head.
I do regret not taking any pictures of the motor before I cleaned it up but both Jimmy bahh and 93drifter saw it right after I picked it up.
Trust me I'm a man of my word Adam.
More of my concern was based from the condition in which I received the motor and what was said was done to it.
ADAM YOU DIDN'T SEND ME ANY MONEY!
Unless your name is Juan Vega and you live in california, But if it is your collars will be shipped tomorrow to the address you gave me.
So please stop saying you did.
Are you kidding me?
Umm no you didn't
Why dont you give me a print screen of your last transactions?
Are we gonna make another tread for this dispute?
I never claimed it was never rebuilt.
