wiring... please help me where these go

your pictures are too damn small, but it LOOKS like the first 2 go from the upper engine harness into the relay box, plug in right next to the battery, the other ones LOOK like the lower engine harness, i can definitely see the alternator wires
 
thanks a lot man that helps because im trying to get the motor harness seperated and get it out of the car yea the pictures are small ill try to get some bigger ones up
 
boddom one looks like a tranny one
the 2 wire grey plug above that is neutral safty switch just link them together
the other 2 wire one above that is the altnator to the battery terminal

the 3 smaller ones above that looks like more tranny shit (reverse lights and such)
and the red and grey plug in the top pics go near the passenger side fuse box
