So once again i have snapped 3 wheels studs off the right rear wheel on my 240, its not the first time its happend either, im wondering if it because of thd welded diff or some else is wrong with the suspension, and does any one kno a good company that sells stronger and extended wheel studs..
 
your hub holes are stripped go 5 lug
i went through like 3 hubs in the back, same shit evertime
wrong section too

What kind of studs are you using? and do you hear any grinds/squeaks/weird noises from your hubs?

Ben had this problem when he had his first rear 5 lug conversion on his hatch. He would lose atleast one or two studs just about every time he took his wheel off. He went back to 4 lug and it never happened again, and when he went and bought brand new 5 lug conversion all around, it didnt happen either

that being said, my guess is either your using really cheap studs, your hubs are fucked/starting to go, or a combination of both.

I got my circuit sports studs from enjuku for $2.50 a piece. They've been on the car for about a year now
