This is a pointless question that's asked way too many times. Nobody is going to tell you a price without knowing the condition of the shell, parts, how crappy the mods have been installed etc...

Anywhere from $1000-10,000...

I can tell you this, a CLEAN, STOCK s13 will run you about $3k +/-500...
