Let me first start out by saying it is 68 out. NICE

Hey guys I am up here in nc for the week.. joe is still downsouth so if you need anything we got you covered! Now the reason im up here is to ride the tail of the dragon (318 turns, 11 miles), for those that dont know what it is check it out here: www.tailofthedragon.com Basically it has everything that florida doesnt have...the roads are redicilous!!!!! elevation change I love it! 180 deg. tight radious turns going up/down hill. These are one lane rds. that one side will have either a mountain wall or the other side is the edge of a cliff. Already since we have been here 2 people were airlifted. and a tractor trailer got stuck... So there is about 10 of us up here... The last time I was up here it was with my s2000 I have never rode it on the bike until this week. The local guys that ride up here are nuts!!! I think I saw one of them defy all physics today and take a sharp 90deg left turn at like 70mph and go completely flat with the ground and all you can hear was his knee dragging throughout the other turns... meanwhile I was going like 40 and i felt like i was pushing it....

Two of the guys we are with went down yesterday but not bad at all..thank god for leathers and boots!

oh ya, some rules on the dragon... DONT CROSS THE YELLOW LINES! you will kill yourself and someone else.... so that means no drifting. You do cops will kill you.

th best in there for the tail is the 636 ..awesome turns on that bike and knee draggin :D did you drag knee yet :bigthumbu

at the end of the week you will ;)!! is hard not to do it lol is just a craving!! lol but dont try dropping it very hard go slowly coz you will feel like your knee is staying behind and remmeber get your ass of the seat !! lol good luck!!! and ENJOY ! (ps: did you check if the cops stay after 10 pm in there??)
 
i know i will its just a matter of when :) my ass has been of the seat the whole time ahah I havnt checked if they are on the rd after dark. Not like im gonna drive it at 10pm on a bike haha remember this is the mountains....they have animals at night.
