ok heres the deal... i bought a e30 318is for stupid cheap.... but the title is retarded... i checked the vin to see if it was stolen and and any liens or anything came up and it was clean.... now the title was stamped open title by a tag agency in miami but it been a mission to get it on my name..... now my question is if any of you guys might know waht can i do to try to get it on my name or if you know a good agency that can take of it for me.....
 
Tell the last owner to go with you to a tag agency, and tell him to bring proof of insurance and registration. And tell him to bring his lis. also just incase. Once you do that they will issue you a new title under your name.

i but it off a friend but when i looked on the title it said it was owned by a guy in sarasot and the title was issued back in 1998..... i'm confused.... im even sure if i can run the car on the track.... i was thinking on maybe a mechanics title maybe? does anyone have any experience with just a problem?
 
my mom knows someone that can fix any issues with titles.
