D Duck Spectator May 21, 2007 #1 My old tie rods went bad, i took off the outer pretty easy but the inner is giving me promblems. I was using an adjustable wrench and vice grips and my dad also tried and it wouldnt budge any suggestions?

240SicknessX forgot how to drive Driver May 22, 2007 #3 get mad at it......... i had to use a cheater bar on the crescent wrench. There is also a tool you can for inner tie rod removal. make sure you have the lock washer tabs bent away.

DUDOCIUS Driver May 22, 2007 #4 did you remove the clips? lol. once you remove the clips hodling the inner tierod, they shouldn't be so hard to loosen up.
