got the typical bullshit ticket today.... you guessed it Exhaust too loud. some bullshit too because the bitch of a cop asked me if i know why she pulled me over and i said no, she replied exhaust to loud. I replied " not true its legal its under the maximum db" she said " ohh yeah?!?" and them she went to her can and made the ticket no more comment or questions from her. this bitch actually made a U-turn to pull me over and i wasnt even revving my car pass 2500. Prowling ass fucking pigs, its funny though when i saw her at a 4 way stop she was having a blast with her rookie ass partner and heading in my opposite direction, then thats when i jinxed my self, i actually said to my passenger that" that cop lady looked like she was having to much fun in the car, she must be in a good mood, so im not worried about her" right as i finish saying that lights start to flash behind me. So scoober look out for this sn@tch of a cop because it was down your block. god i hate pigs
 
*UPDATE*
so about a week after i received the ticket i sent in the ticket with a request for a trial.
now this past friday i received my court date NOT instead i received a notification of my license being suspended/revoked. so by the time i tried called the court of clerks it was closed and due to the hurricane/ windy rain they were not open till today. and after trying to get through to a deputy of court for about 5 hrs to tell them that i have sent a request for trial and instead i received a notification of suspension this is what they tell me. " We've never received your request and you are charged with improper equipment and that is a deli quint charge you have to pay $107.50 or if you want a trial you have to go to the court and pay $200 for a trial. i never received a warning for my exhaust and seriously i wasnt even revving past 2000rpm. i have no job and no one that can help me pay for this bullshit as charge. my license will be suspended for something that actually can help save my life by actually letting people know that im around because you guys know how some people actually drive here in miami. Now with that in mind here's my following question, Who is the real criminal? the person who steals to live another day, or these apathetic bastards that steal our money and fucks our record up making extremely hard or practically impossible to make it without having to steal because in a city that the transit system blows dick for a living, how will we be able to work? i lost a few jobs due to the transit not making it on time or not even making it at all

I don't think they can do this, I got a $90 ticket for illegal window tints, I sent a court request and I went to court, charges dropped. I suggest you go talk to a traffic attorney.
 
for real im trying to make some cash so i can fight this stupidity ill be selling vinyl sticker ( i know its cliche' but hey i got the resource why not use it.) Its a bullshit ticket and the charges should be dropped, the fact that cops dont have db meters should make the ticket null and void. You never see those harley riding yuppies ever getting a ticket for their shit and I have never heard a car exhuast louder then those bikes (a car with no exhuast doesnt count). I now they say its so others can hear them but thats bullshit, if you are going to make a law you need to enforce it across the board. Whats next? Making murder legal but only for rich people?? Oh wait it already is.

ive gotten this ticket 5 times now thats why i keep a stock exhust in my garage do a quick swap then when i go to court im like what my cars not loud works everytime
 
lol sounds like the same shit with me getting a ticket with my car parked at a dennys as i was eatting dinner after last wed meet.

i hope to god a cop pulls me over for my exhaust one day cuz they will get a boot in there ass.

I've blasted my pipe by a cop before, and he didn't do shit. In fact, he was like, "Sweet ride man!" But I never have such luck with the bike cops.
 
lol i still have the stock exhaust+turbo if you remember from countyline you can't even hear my car when it's pegged at redline. :boring:
 
For Cops on the site sry for this cause i know some of you are cool but alot of cops are dicks. I got pulled over for supposedly running a stop sign, which i didnt, and dude came over like if he was gonna arrest me. Thank god it was only two houses from my place. My parents came out and everything. Cop ended letting me go cause he knew that knew that he had nothing on me.
 
I would have immediatley called the Police department and had them bring a Db Meter and measure it.
