Yea, that's SocietyMike, the guy who started ziptied.com. He's from Tampa area actually. Video was filmed in Yokota, near the military base, a few hours from Tokyo. And yea, it's gymkhana. Considering the speeds, it's not super super hard, but definitely pretty badass.
