Suspension setup HELP!

okay so i just put some GAb coilovers on my car, they came with helper springs but they are currently off the car so that i can drop the car more.... only thing is that this car is so unstable, it wobbles around and feels like if i hit a turn too hard i'll fly off into a ditch. Will putting the helper springs back of fix all this chaos? i just want a car that handles well and looks nice but if i have to pick one it will be my safety... Thanks for your input guys :bigthumbu

also i have been driving around and when i slide with my tail out to the left (right turn) it hops around and vibrates like crazy (seems like its coming from the right) but left turns it slides just fine.... also when i go over deep holes i hear a loud clunk sometimes coming from the rear right side.... and i just aligned it and it hasn't fixed shit!

im not sure about the suspension part, but if your rims arnt balanced then that would explain the wobbling.
also if ur alignment is way off it may make ur car unstable.

Depends if its really just a helper spring and not a dual spring rate setup.

If it looks like this then you can take it out

But if your setup looked like this then put them back.

well they are used but dont seem to be blown...... if they are i might just have to rebuild them for 500 usd.... but thats custom re-valving and upgrade to monotube.... complete overhaul. i spent like 30 min talking to a suspension specialist and he says its either blown or a combination of the fail alignment with stock suspension arms, maxing out travel on coils and maybe bad bushings which should be fixed by my new suspension arm package coming in by next week wed =) but if that doesn't solve it then i'll have two coilovers to rebuild and a fully built suspension minus tie rods, rlca and flca....
