I have a suspended licesence, and i got a couple tickets. I was arrested 2 nights ago for my Bench Warrants. Of course they didnt help or explain how i fix this problem. They wan me 2 continue riding around with no license so they can keep taking me 2 jail. PLUS i have a bright red FOURTY thats super loud (no Cat) ...
NE WHO, im sure someone has had a suspended licesnce around here.. HELP MEEEEE

i had my license suspended for failing to pay a ticket a few months back. all i had to do was pay what i owed to the county, and go to the DMV with a paper they sent me and that was it. i think it was like $60 more then the normal ticket price due to the suspension. I was surprised by how easy it was to get back though. good luck man

No, they want you to stop driving. That's what a suspended license usually implies. You stop driving so your ass does not go to jail for whatever tickets you got.

Reinstating licenses all depend on what your license was suspended for. If it was a DUI, good luck, serve your time and wait until you can get a license again.

na, it was for failure to appear in court. I had to court dates on the same day. i had to be in the city for one court thingy i had that day and in the cutler ridge courts for the tickets. one was @ 10 and the other was @ 1030. there was no way i could make both... i dunno how they set me up like that...
ya i know they want me to stop driving, but thats how i get 2 where i need 2 go...like work...

when i was in court yesterday, the judge was saying he was droping all my tickets exept the DWSL, which i had 3 of... and i had to bond out of all 3 to get out.. i went on the courts website and it said those tickets were still active, so i guess ill wait till monday to see if he actually droped those. but other than that i just pay the DWSL shat and go to the DMV???

someone mention some alternative program where i could pay it off for cheaper.. anyone heard of that???

[PS my thread says Moved... where was it moved to???]

kk..

jus dunno if the DWSL (Driving With Suspended Licesence) is a ticket or not... i thought it was like a actual crime n shat...

Driving with Suspended License is a BAD ticket. You should have dealt with that before you even got on a car again... especially since it was a problem on their behalf. Actually... they could even say no, because you should have applied for an extension in one of your court dates based on their scheduling.

You snooze, you lose.

PS: I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you'll need a good lawyer and good luck to get your ass out of this one. In the meantime, I suggest finding someone to carpool with, wake up earlier and get the bus, or start finding a new job closer to home.

Did you really expect to get any help or answers from anyone who works for the state? You've got to be kidding me. Have fun running around to 203902832 places.. I got my license suspended a while back for not turning in a receipt to the DMV from a ticket I paid. It was suspended for a year. I didn't even know. Luckily they didn't arrest me.

I'm sorry about that though. Really. I hate dealing with anything to wear you have to talk to someone who works for the state. They don't give a fuck about their jobs.
