Suction/Vacuume Camera Mounts

Sup guys?

I'm looking into getting one of those suction camera mounts for events. I have seen like 5 at the same time on one of the cars at events so I want to know which you guys use.

I don't want to buy a crappy one and have the camera fly off the car and shatter in the middle of a run.

If you guys can post what you have, how much you got it for, and where that would really help.

heh i told erick about Sticky pods.... i had one and worked awesome...didnt get to use it to much becuase i traded it for a braille battery lol. plus my camera broke shortly after. but i do plan on getting another one soon and it will be with them..
 
^ Talk to Jerome about that one. He uses it for the Night Monkeys footage. Seems to work well.

The MyStickyPod came out to be ~$88 with shipping I think. It works great.

I've used chasecam.com 's SM41 Ultra Window Mount for a few years now, and no issues whatsoever. It's been outside my car at over 140mph, and never flew off or anything.. been on autocrosses, bikes racing down krome, etc.

back at dday4 I used someones sitcky pod I think it was. Didnt have any attachments to help bring it more from the car, but it came out kinda cool. I used it on Bill and Andys car when they were sitll just NA KA, so no smoke show
