well when i had my sr along time ago it was fine never had a problem starting but then it sat for a year and a half after an accident. i put it in my new 240 and now it has problems starting up.
it will turn over fine but i will have to keep turning it over for a long time b4 it stumbles to life but once its on it 100% ok i got a wide band and the AFR is perfect when running. also once the engine is warm it will start right up np.
heres what ive done so far
- changed ECT sensor
- swapped injectors with known good ones and brand new seals
- and checked the ECU for codes and it only gave me code 55
i have a sard FPR im gona install soon but i doubt its the fpr because when its running its fine.
the only thing ive done to it since it has been sitting is install an exhaust manifold a gt2871r and iridium spark plugs.
also last thing that concerns me is i used new fuel lines from the motor to the hardlines but im not 100% sure if i got the same exact size from factory or if that would cause this problem.
