SR starting problem

well when i had my sr along time ago it was fine never had a problem starting but then it sat for a year and a half after an accident. i put it in my new 240 and now it has problems starting up.

it will turn over fine but i will have to keep turning it over for a long time b4 it stumbles to life but once its on it 100% ok i got a wide band and the AFR is perfect when running. also once the engine is warm it will start right up np.

heres what ive done so far
- changed ECT sensor
- swapped injectors with known good ones and brand new seals
- and checked the ECU for codes and it only gave me code 55

i have a sard FPR im gona install soon but i doubt its the fpr because when its running its fine.

the only thing ive done to it since it has been sitting is install an exhaust manifold a gt2871r and iridium spark plugs.

also last thing that concerns me is i used new fuel lines from the motor to the hardlines but im not 100% sure if i got the same exact size from factory or if that would cause this problem.

Possibly a bad fuel pressure regulator and all the fuel runs back to the tank when sitting check fuel press when first cranking
 
whats the redtop SR Fuel pressure supposed to be at? 43psi?

hmm i installed my FPR with a guage and well its not the FPR cause ill let the car run then ill let it sit and ill check the guage and see the fuel pressure dropping slowly. i let the car run turned it off and the guage read 30psi i pulled out my radio put in a new one wired up 2 new speakers took me about 30min and i checked the guage again and it was at 10 psi...i set it to 43 psi with the vacuum hose disconnected btw

so yea where else can i lose pressure from? fuel pump? fuel lines? think is i never see my car leaking anything.

the only thing i can think of is maybe the fuel pump cause i left it sit over night and my fuel pressure was 0psi i would turn the key a few times to raise the fuel pressure then start but it would stumble then nothing. btw where is the fuel pump relay? because when i get the car to run i hear the a clicking once in a while and it sounds like voltage to the fuel pump goes up and down. just weird.. maybe the fuel pump is not running when im cranking?..
