Sr had spark and fuel and turns over but won't start

Lie the title says. I have an s13 sr and the engine has fuel and spark and turns over but will not start up!

Any help will be greatful.

It's Otis's old car. It used to have an safc wires to it and when it was stolen I'm guessing they ripped the wiring out. If anyone knows whatbwires the safc wires to so I can trace it please let me know
 
Lol!! I hope it's the crank angle sensor cause there aren't any ripped wires on the ecu. I mean some pins from it are taken out that go to the dash but nothing else

but where they ripped the wires out, are they exposed and grounding out?
that could cause a huge issue, even blow the ecu
 
Nothing is grounding out. There was a white wire that was cut and a black wire and I reconnected then both. Now the only wires are the ones Rotherham dash. There is a red and white wire burning looked at my friends car and it only goes to his dash so it's not needed

there is like 8ish wires that get wired to the ecu for an safc
 
I noticed that but I don't see anything missing from the ecunor anything that was spliced. I will look again tomorrow but I didn't see any today.

And there's only 6 wires. I was looking on the link you showed me. I think I have to reset my crank angle sensor
