I was working under my dash yesterday. Found this cable dangling, but couldn't find the where it plugs into. Anyone got any ideas?

Inb4: holy image size batman! Sorry if they're huge, not used to uploading images.
Also, behind the left side of the cluster panel there was a third plug, but only two switches there. One for the headlights up/down, and the ones below it. Both plugged in already. Anyone know what that may be to? It wasn't the same size as the one shown here. It was the same size as the bottom switch on cluster panel. EDIT: I believe the bottom left switches were cruise control.
