Yea from what I looked into. He has a lot of rainbow videos so it's obviously his hobby to video and this time it was a pretty sweet one so he was super excited. Looks like he lives in a old trailer home and the guy might not have tons to look forward to, so when the world brings him that perfect rainbow he broke into tears. I can understand it if I was in his shoes. He's totally cool with the videos making fun of him though (you can find videos of him talking about them). Just a happy old guy.
