Tein are almost stock don't waste your money. when you go to buy tie rods buy something with a heim joint (ball joints suck), SPLparts.com, battle version, ... but don't cheap out on tie rods(no ebay, no megan or whatever other crap company sells for cheap), if they break your fucked. Plan on spending about $200.
edit: if your not really driving then ignore all of that and buy oem replacement parts, if you just bought you car with two bent inners and the boots are torn on the outers? its probably cheaper to buy Teins than all the oem pieces.

For the record Tein are not stock.
Not only are they thicker than stock, they're extruded from a more durable material than stock tie rods, and they come w/the spacer for more angle.
I ran my Tein's into a number obstacles, and they lasted YEARS, even a couple rounds of bottoming out my front wheel into my unibody at Drift Buffet (HEINOUS jump coming off the oval). For the money they're pretty good.
The ball joint thing doesn't hurt you unless you're mega low, then an offset heim outer is what you want for bumpsteer correction. I wouldn't run anything Megan on anything essential (suspension, steering, etc.)
