RedLine - The new Fast and the Furious??????

eddie griffin as the main character? what a fucking joke!!! nothing and i mean nothing beats or even compares to tfatf!! so please dont use that title to compare and contrast to others!!!lol!!! #1 poser!
 
haha it looks like it'll be fun to watch, I mean its basically canon ball with nicer cars
 
its like fast and the furious except now they're going to be wrecking cars that a million times better then those "eclipses" that are oh so fast.. lol. i almost want to start an organization called "save the exotics" to keep holywood from destroying such beautiful cars (except the mustang gt, that can die) to me its more important than manatees and whales lol..
 
Oddly enough, the working title for the original "The Fast and the Furious" was "Redline" along with a couple of other possibles if i remember correctly (maybe High Octane too).

I'd bet money that they have the same financial backers. Not that that will make it suck any less. Regardless, i'll still watch it just for the hell of it. A shitty car movie beats good chick flick any day.

All of that info came to me well before the first TFTF movie was even released. At that time, there was a huge buz around it in the industry and Craig Lieberman (original owner of the primary Supra "hero" car in part 1) used to hang out on a list we frequented at the time. There was no getting away from it or around it, even if we wanted to, and at the time, we definitely weren't trying to get away :eek:
