Problem with my S14 Power. . any help please..

Hello everyone,

I just got my S14 few days ago, and im working to get some problems solve.

Now this problem that i have its about my Driver Side Door Power Window,

The Passenger side its working pretty slow but i dont bring it down till i get another power window motor for that side.

My Problem its on my Driver Side Power Window. is it possible i can bring it right up manually if yes how, im working in removing the entire door panel out from my driver side door and see what i can do to bring it right up. I try to bring it right up with the power window bottom but aint working. so i guess my motor went out or something i dont know, is there any way i can bring my window up, i can get help from my cousin to hold the window or push it by force while i remove the door driver side panel.

any help please let me know thanks.

Anyone selling Power window motor with regulator that works fine please must be for Driver Side Door thanks.

Yea you can, take off the door panel and you'll see what you need to take off to push/pull the window up/down.
 
You wouldn't be able to pull it up my hand. Your gonna have to get a new motor or amp and have it put in.
 
Well if you can take the motor off it should free up the regulator then you could push it up or down and put the motor back in to hold it in place. Mind you I did this on one of my other cars so I can't guarantee it will work in the S14s but I think most cars use the same basic system with slight differences.
 
^ no. If u pull the motor out push the window up there won't be any teeth for the widow to grab and it will just fall back down. S14 are known for bad windows but more forthere shitty master window swithes. Take the panel off and disconnect the window motor harness and then get a battery and put the hot to one side and the ground to the other and if it doesn't then switch the sides and if it still doesn't go up then u know u need a motor. But I would start there b4 u pulled the motor out
