Problem!! Need Help!!

Ok, so today i tried to fix the timing chain rattle and when i put all the stuff back together and tried to start it. It wont start up. Sounded like it wanted too but wouldnt start.

I had the 1 cylinder at its TDC and the distributer in the right spot and it still wouldnt start.

Does anyone know what I did wrong? Have a 93 240sx stock KA

turn the crank to 20 degrees btdc. should be the last line all the way to the right. get the dis to sit right at the cylinder 1 point and that should fix it. also did you unplug any of the spark plug wires from the dis if you did make sure they are in the correct order
 
When you say it wouldn't start do you mean it would crank and nothing would happen or does it sound like some of the cylinders are trying to fire but won't start?
