Ebrake initiations are very popular in D1 - especially from Nomuken.

Ballers use shift-lock and left-foot braking in the rain!!!!!!!! Fuck ebrakes. Ive learned to live without it, and believe I do a damn good job for not using it ever!

That kind of insurance wouldn't even have to exist if it weren't for the liabilities of everyone involved. Blame greedy people and their lawyers. In other countries, if you crash on a track, you owe the track for damages. In this country, if you crash on a track, you could sue the track, the owner of the track, the event coordinator, his entire family, the tire company, your mother, ect.
