ok i have a s13 ka24de low milage needs to have a timing chain and guides replaced also need intake and intake manifold modification egr removed and reroute the vacume lines new clutch put in power steering lines replaced my head is built with all new valves retainers and cams my question is should i do a tune up on this block or buy another from U PULL IT and build it out of car also looking to trade my jim wolf ecu for a tunable ecu
