Mini battery-cable doesnt reach

Ok just got my westco mini battery, first off its not even that small and barely fits how its supposed to but thats not the problem...i feel like a totally idiot noob for asking this but my positive battery cable on my S14 doesn't reach the battery...seems like a couple of the wires from the positive come form the fuse box and theres no way for me to pull them to reach... do i have to splice some wire into the cable to make it long enough?

Im pointing to the + terminal as you can not even close and thats the farthest the cable will reach.

lol^^^ bro just go to pepboys and get a longer battery cable! connect one side of it to the orignal battery cable and the otherside to the battery!

damn didnt know about those, ill go check them out thanks man:bigthumbu So do i remove the old cables hoop? or this cable just bolts to it?
btw heres a pic of my dilemma

yeah just cut the peice that goes to the terminal off but leave the hole for the 10mm bolt still attached to the cable. then take one of the cables i showed u in the post above and bolt the two together, cover in electric tape and ur set!
