ka24e to ka2de ecu problems

i have dome almost every thing for the conversion but just one problem wen i turn the ignition on the ecu dose not turn on or wen the ignition it on and i try to flash the computer for codes i get nothing some help plz

make sure the dash connector is wired rite and all blk wires r grounded..
if u didnt connect the consult wire r cel wont werk...
check all switched and constant wires with test light
