i have a base model 07 350z and i was wondering if any of u guys out there know if the Diff from the 03-06 models fit in the 07.....

I don't see why it wouldn't. The dimensions of the car haven't changed at all since its release. I don't know if it would make a difference, but maybe if one is the LSD and the other one is the open diff, then the driveshaft might be different because of different pumpkins, but I doubt that would be the case. Nissan is really good about making parts that can be crossed with others from other vehicles...so why not from the same model.

yea i hope thats the case....a nissan tech. tom at nissan said that it sould fit, he is looking into it more for me before i make a buy.....(limited funds and no job lol)
