help replacing control arm s14?

Yes you take the wheel off.
take the tension rod off and disconnect the Front Sway bar
Then Disconnect the lower ball joint. Thats the bold that connects the spindle to the LCA
then Disconnect LCA from the front Sub frame. and replace with new ones.
OH and Reading the manual helps to.....

look at how it is take apart put bak together with new part same as u took it off lol
