does anyone know the site for the DIY head gasket replacement on a 89 240 single cam? i looked everywhere and cant seem to find it. :confused:

remember to roll the engine to top dead center on number one piston and remember the position of the sprocket theres a dot or a indent on the sprocket and a silver or crome link on the chain
the head bolt sequence is look at fig 13
a. 22ft lbs
b. 58ft lbs
c. loosen all the bolts completely
d. 22ft lbs
e. turn the bolts 80-85 degrees or to 54-61ft lbs

Don't forget to do step C. One tightening is not enough. It is pivotal to loosen and tighten again.
