Final Fintasy 7: Dirge of Cerberus

its very different because its not an original FF format you only play as the vampire vincent and its alot of shooting and actual fighting, if you like devil may cry then you will most likely like this game.

It's disappointing to find out that it's not in traditional FF(RPG) format. Damn the only 3 games that I know of that are gonna be worth the $$$ is:
1: Fast and the Furious (PS2)-looks very jdm themed w/ Wangan Racing & Touge drift racing. Think of it as a beefed up Tokyo Xtreme Racer. Includes JDM cars, licensed bodykits (C-WEST, URAS,Top Secret, etc.) and rims(change diameter, offest,& staggerd.)
Nothin like NFS: Underground

2: Metal Gear Solid 4 (PS3): Guns of the Patriots- Just cuz Solid Snake owns all

3: Gran Turismo 5(PS3)- The only game that is the TRUE DRIVING SIMULATOR

haven't bothered after playing final fantasy 8 and seeing the following sequels i concluded to myself that FF7 is the best RPG and i'm not into RPG at all. I'm more into driving, shooting, and action-adventure/strategic games (MGS FTW!)

And you probly belive that islamic radicals blew up the trade towers too

Forza FTW

I like RPGs in general and have passed FF7 and 8. My girl passed 9 and 10. Never played the older versions though. But 12 is really really good. Haven't bought it yet, but everyone else I've asked say that it's incredible. Dirge or Cerberus is just another chapter of the FF7 story, just told different. It's worth playing just for the story, I haven't played it yet neither but I don't think I'll buy it now for 50 bucks. Maybe I'll wait when the price drops to like 20 bucks or something.

*Off-Topic*. I'm a big Playstation fan and I DON'T own a 360, but there's three reasons why I think I'll end up buying a 360 anyway.
1. Forza 2. This game is incredible, Polyphony has it's hands full.
2. Gears of War. It's the begining of an awesome FPS franchise.
3. Blue Dragon. An rpg to be released this summer by: Hironobu Sakaguchi (creator of FF), Akira Toriyama (artist behind Dragonball Z) and Nobuo Uematsu (composer of FF).

DoC ties nicely into the FF7 story. its a shooting game like devil may cry. its ok imo, i liked it. the ending leads to another vincent games its great. i cant wait for the psp games crsiis core with zack.
