You can get a F20c in the 260-70whp NA and still make it reliable all day long and it won't cost that much(after the initial swap cost). Its a proven championship combo and with a little more work 300whp. That's plenty enough for an 86 and makes it a true NA monster. The swap alone w/ stock everything will give you around 215whp.
